Northumbrian picks partners for framework
Northumbrian Water has picked its partner contractors for a four-year, AMP7 framework contract worth up to £150m for small construction and engineering works on its water and wastewater assets.
In its first win of a Northumbrian Water framework deal Galliford Try picked up all three lots.
The Water treatment construction and engineering lots, each worth £10m to £50m, are:
at Northumbrian Water operating area and won by Amey Utility Services, Clancy Docwra, Esh-Stantec, Farrans Construction, Fastflow Pipeline Services, Galliford Try Construction, Kier Integrated Services, Morrison Water Services, Mott MacDonald Bentley and Seymour Civil Engineering Contractors;
at Northumbrian Water operating area and won by Cleantech Civils, Esh-Stantec,Farrans Construction, Galliford Try Construction, Kier Integrated Services, Mott MacDonald Bentley, NMCN and Tilbury Douglas Construction; and
at Essex and Suffolk Water operating area won by Aquazone, Cleantech Civils, Enisca Browne, Farrans Construction, Galliford Try Construction, Kier Integrated Services, Morrison Water Services, Mott MacDonald Bentley and Tilbury Douglas Construction
The framework has been set up to provide additional contractor capacity on Northumbrian’s AMP7 capital works programme being delivered by its main partners. The company said projects under the frameworks worth £500,000 to £10m will be competitively tendered.
