MOSL appoints new non-executive board member

MOSL has appointed Hunada Nouss as a new independent non-executive director.


Nouss (pictured) is chair of the Met Office’s audit and risk assurance committee. audit chair, for the Education and Skills Funding Agency, and is an audit committees member for the Royal Society and the sponsor board of the restoration and renewal project at the Palace of Westminster. She has recently completed a nine years as council member and audit chair of London’s City University.

MOSL chair, Anne Heal, said Nouss’ “extensive background in senior finance roles” will inform and provide “the appropriate level of challenge” to MOSL’s future plans. Heal added: “Her experience in effecting organisational transformation in highly challenging situations, will be an asset to MOSL as we continue to transition out of Covid-19 and as we navigate the market through the current economic climate.”


Nouss will officially take up the position on 1 November
