Everflow reports double-digit revenue growth

Retailer Everflow has reported a strong set of results. Revenue increased by 21% in 2024 to over £186m as EBITDA surged 572% from 2023 to £5m.

Its customer base grew 16% to 110,411 and Everflow reported a customer retention rate of approximately 98%.

The company also continued its multi-utility expansion in the year, further diversifying by entering the telecoms market with a suite of broadband and phone products.

Everflow, a small-to-medium sized enterprise specialist, pointed out that its success came against the backdrop of tough times for smaller businesses, given the rise in employers’ national insurance contributions, higher minimum wages and a cost-of-living crisis.

The retailer also announced it had appointed Paul Lucherini to the role of chief commercial officer to help its continued pursuit of growth.

Chief executive Craig Dallison said: “Everflow launched with the ambition of making utilities simpler for businesses, challenging the status quo with a customer-centric service that offers greater transparency and competition. Our growth and customer retention rates are testament to the support and innovative solutions we offer businesses that set us apart from other providers.  As we scale and expand our offering, proprietary technology will become increasingly core to improving the responsiveness of our services, to continue saving businesses time and money.”
