The Water Report has produced The Customer Guide to the New Water Market – a handy reference for businesses as they navigate the new retail environment.

It provides basic information on the new arrangements; information that customers should find particularly helpful (including on eligibility and customer protection); and a Supplier Directory to help customers shortlist retailers to approach for price and service quotes.
